I have two month old transactions that say "Paid - Not Deposited"

Hello, @tomh3. It's great to have you here in the Community.

 

Helping out with getting paid transactions corrected is my specialty. Let me get this fixed and you back to business.

 

Here we know you need to record your deposit to match your bank statements exactly, so here are the steps on how to make the Bank Deposit.

 

1. To deposit the funds, go to the (+New) icon.

 

 

2. Choose Bank Deposit, and select the Bank Account, then the date you made or are making the deposit.

 

 

4. Then pick the Customer payments that are going to be part of this deposit.

5. Now click on Save and Close (or Save and New) at the bottom.

 

If you manually entered these before, make sure to delete the old ones.
