Hey there, @marshatraut.

Are you trying to correct the status of your unreconciled amounts in your bank register?

If so, you can still manually change their status. Whether you want them to be cleared or reconciled. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Look for the bank account, then click View register.
  3. Select the transaction you want to be reconciled or cleared to expand the view.
  4. Click the checkbox. This changes the status in the box. Keep selecting it until the box is tag as (R) or (C).
  5. Close the account register by clicking Save.

However, if your goal is to post these transactions in a correct bank or expense account, you can still reopen your register and edit them. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Go back to your bank register and click the transaction to expand.
  2. Select Edit, then choose the correct bank or expense account in the drop-down list.
  3. Click Save and close to close the window.

Keep in mind that even small changes can unbalance your accounts. I'd recommend reaching out to your accountant before performing these steps. This way, they can provide you assistance in correcting records.
