I really appreciate the time you’ve taken to refresh those accounts. Since you’ve already confirmed that the connection between QuickBooks and Etsy appears active on both sides, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team for further assistance.
They can securely access your account and investigate why the data has not been syncing automatically since February 8, 2026. To contact them, go to the (?) Help icon > Contact Us > enter a brief description of your concern and click Continue > Choose how you would like to connect with them.
In the meantime, you can also consider manually importing your Etsy transactions into QuickBooks. Once the sync starts working again and new transactions come through, you can review them and remove or exclude any duplicates to keep your records clean.
