Can you tell me the name of the bank that is not displaying your transaction lists? This is for me to further check on its root cause.

I'd suggest manually updating your connected bank account to get the most current view of your data. Here's how:
If you're still unable to receive updates, you can log in to your bank’s website and download an updated list of your transactions. Once completed, you can upload them to QuickBooks Online via the WebConnect feature.
