Hi there, @cynthia8001. I'll give you some solution to the issue you're encountering with bank deposits in QuickBooks Online.

To help your browser perform smoothly, you can perform troubleshooting steps by following the instructions below:

1. Refresh or restart your browser.

2. Sign in to your account and try to open QuickBooks in a private or incognito browser.

3. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

  •     Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  •     Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  •     Safari: press Command + Shift + N

4. Lastly, clear your browser's cache.

If it works, you can now proceed to creating a bank deposit in QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, you can also read this article for the complete details: How to record payments, deposits, and fees

@cynthia8001 can you try to check if you have this settings turned on? Go to Accounts and Settings > Advanced > Automation > Pre-fill forms with previously entered content. If it's turned on, try turning if off and then save. Then try to make a deposit again and see if it still QB still fills the bank deposit. :)
