I'm here to assist you in connecting your bank account, stefeliz.

The option to add a bank account is very much helpful especially if you have a lot of transactions. As I checked, I noticed that we already have an investigation regarding PNC accounts. I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team so they can add your details which can help with this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

  1. Go to Help and select Contact us.
  2. Enter PNC Account in the question field and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose either to Start a message or Get a callback.

In the meantime, you can manually import your PNC transactions through webconnect. What we need is a file from PNC that contains the transactions for a period of time. You can log in to your PNC online account to get this file. I've added this article for the detailed steps on how to process it: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

I'm just a post away if you have more questions. Have a great day and stay safe!
