I opened two new credit cards with the same bank as I have other linked accounts. They're linked in my bank connection, but they are not showing up in the banking section

I'd be glad to help you show up your linked accounts in the banking section, @allanmurphy

In QuickBooks Online, the default number of bank accounts that will show on the banking page is only up to three. It could be that your accounts are hidden. To verify, click the dropdown arrow beside your financial institution.

Please refer to the screenshot below:

You can also reorder the accounts simply by clicking the link below the lists.

After QuickBooks downloads your transactions, you can start reviewing them. Here's how to categorize downloaded entries. It include steps on how to match and add new transactions in your account.

Additionally, let me attached this link to help you reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements.

That should do it! Please know that I'm just a post away if you have any other questions about your bank account. Wishing you and your business continued success.

Hi, @allanmurphy.

Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the banking concern you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!

I am having the same issue with multiple types of credit cards from the same bank not showing up (Chase Ink Preferred and Chase Ink Reserve).

When trying the Reorder Accounts option provided in this chat, the new credit card account wasn't on the list of accounts. I also confirmed, prior to trying the Reorder Account option, that the 2nd credit card is linked to my Quickbooks account.

Can you advise?

We appreciate you joining here in the thread, LAL-A.

I'm here to ensure connected accounts show up on your banking page.

Since you've verified that accounts are linked to QuickBooks, we can check if you can locate them on the banking page after switching from the accountant view to the business view and vice versa.

However, let's utilize a private window if the issue persists. A corrupted cache file usually causes unexpected behaviors when navigating QuickBooks Online.

You can follow these keyboard shortcuts depending on your browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
