In QuickBooks Online, the default number of bank accounts that will show on the banking page is only up to three. It could be that your accounts are hidden. To verify, click the dropdown arrow beside your financial institution.

You can also reorder the accounts simply by clicking the link below the lists.
After QuickBooks downloads your transactions, you can start reviewing them. Here's how to categorize downloaded entries. It include steps on how to match and add new transactions in your account.

I am having the same issue with multiple types of credit cards from the same bank not showing up (Chase Ink Preferred and Chase Ink Reserve).
When trying the Reorder Accounts option provided in this chat, the new credit card account wasn't on the list of accounts. I also confirmed, prior to trying the Reorder Account option, that the 2nd credit card is linked to my Quickbooks account.
