I've been using receipt capture. Sometimes it doesn't match the transaction when it comes thru creating a duplicate transaction. How do I merge them?

Hi there, @becky222.

I hope all is well. You can match your receipt captures to your bank transactions. This will allow you to have one transaction showing the purchase details. The steps below will show you how:

  1. Navigate to the Banking or Transaction tab and choose Receipts.
  2. In the For Review tab, find the transaction you need to match and click on it.
  3. Press the bubble beside Find Match.
  4. Select the bank transaction that matches the receipt.

Now you have one transaction instead of two duplicate ones. You can also check out this article about capturing and categorizing receipts for more info.
