I would like to stop QB Self Employed from syncing new data from a specific bank account but keep the data from that account that has been already synced and categorized.

I would like to stop QB Self Employed from syncing new data from a specific bank account but keep the data from that account that has been already synced and categorized.

Welcome to the Community, @1401holdings-gma. I'm here to guide you in achieving your goal today. 

 

We can hide the bank account to stop QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) from downloading new transactions but keeping all the existing data. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBSE account in a web browser.
  2. Click the Profile menu, then go to the Bank Accounts.
  3. Find the account you want to hide, then select the toggle to OFF in the Show Account section.

 

Should you need to make the account active again in the future, just follow the same steps, and select the toggle to ON.
