A private window doesn’t save any cache file and it is best in identifying browser issues. To start, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:
If you’re able to match your bank transactions with ease, I recommend clearing your regular browser's cache. If the issue persists, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way, we can verify if this is a browser-integrated issue.
If this is not the case, I recommend reaching out to our Support team. They have the tools to look into your account and investigate the reason why it doesn’t find any matches and for the reverse entry.
