If you are unable to locate your recently downloaded transactions or if they are not appearing in your account, don't worry. Here's what you can do to find them:
Firstly, try updating your account. To do this, follow the steps below:
You can continue working while the update is in progress. Once it is completed, check the Banking menu again. The missing transaction should be in the For review section.
If the transaction is still missing, you can check other areas of the Banking menu. Follow these steps:
Additionally, you may also want to check your account history and uncategorized accounts.
If the issue persists, as a workaround, you can manually upload them into QuickBooks Online (QBO) to ensure that they are recorded properly. This method provides a viable solution to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your financial records in QBO, in spite of any technical or connectivity problems.

I've got the steps to locate your missing transactions from your bank, Ana.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically downloads banking data the first time you connect an account. Some banks provide information for the previous 90 days others can go back for 24 months.
For locating the missing transactions, we can find them by manually updating the account associated with it. We can follow the steps provided by my colleague Jelayca V to accomplish this.
If you've followed the process mentioned above, but still have the same result, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to identify if this is a browser-related issue.
To get started, we have to open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on an incognito window. Doing so will prevent the browser history from being saved.
