Good day and thanks for reaching out to us here, aaronjhutch.

I'd like to verify, are you seeing the button under the Action column of the Transactions page? Can you please provide a sample screenshot of the page you are working on? This is to help us check for any updates.

Looking forward for your reply. Thanks again.

Yes. The blue "Accept" option appeared under the "Action" header to the right of "Category and Tags." I've already categorized those transactions, so I can't provide a screenshot. Thank you!

Hello, aaronjhutch.

Thank you for getting back to us. I've checked and replicate it on my end. I've not seen the blue "Accept" on my end. I suggest, try login into your QuickBooks account using a private browser to see if it's a browser-related cause.

We can clear the cache of your web browser. These files can become outdated, causing issues like the one with not being able to see the option to add this type of transaction. Here's a link to help you with the process: Clear Web Browser History.

As always, you can reach out to our customer support team. They'll be able to initiate a screen sharing session to take a closer look to moreover isolate this issue.

Please check out this article on how to contact depending on what device you've used: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

Feel free to let me know if there’s anything else you need with QBSE. Stay safe!
