Hello ivelah,

Let's get these transactions to show on your transaction list and get you back to working order.

Did you select the project name when creating a transaction? If not, let's go back to the transaction and edit it. Please make sure to select the project name, and not the customer name.

Feel free to read this article for your reference: Projects: Set up and Use.

But if you've selected a project name and getting such a result, I recommend performing some browser troubleshooting steps. This way, we can check if this is a browser issue or not.

Let's log out and log back in using a private browsing or incognito window. Depending on your browser, here's how:

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it's still not working you can clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh.

Please let us know if you have any other concerns. Have a great day!

hi mark

sadly none of that worked, tried it all. also i have been using the add to project button with the drop down transaction whenever i enter a new invoice or po. project name does appear on the actual transaction. but i still do not see the missing data on the transaction list.
