Intuit changed their system so that the filters on the bank recon clear themselves EVERY time you go in to the system. I called to discuss it with Intuit and they did not have any intel.

Intuit, the issue is Intuit changed the settings in the reconciliation process........because of the change made by Intuit, we have to re-set and re-create the filters every time we access the reconciliation screen which wastes a lot of time.
