It's a pleasure to have you here in the Community space, @Trinak1. I can help you resolve your concern.
You can try to perform some basic browser troubleshooting that will help your browser work better and faster. Cookies and caches might block you from connecting to the Amazon transactions feed.
Here's how:
- Restart your browser.
- Log in to your account and try connecting to the Amazon transactions feed in an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
- If it works on the private browser, you can go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. From there, try connecting again to the Amazon transaction feed.
