We haven't received any reports with regards to transactions not downloading.
That said, you can run some steps to identify why this issue happens. To start with, have your system update the connection between your bank and QuickBooks manually.
You can do that by going to the Transactions tab and then selecting Banking. Then, click the Update button.
If the download seems stuck, you can login to your bank's page and check to see if they're having a page maintenance.
If you see a bank error message, you can check this reference for the specific links to fix it: Fix specific bank errors.
Also, can you tell me the name of your financial institution? So, I can check on my end for any ongoing issue about your bank.
Once everything's fine, you can categorize the transactions to their correct accounts: Review downloaded bank and credit card transactions.
I'm just a post-away if ever you have trouble categorizing the items. Keep safe!
Utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank.

Having the same issue here. Barclay is the bank. All the other accounts I have are downloading correctly. This was a new account added LW and no transactions have downloaded. I can see the balance , but no details.
Hi caallis!
Thanks for joining this thread. Let me assist you with Barclays' transactions.
I checked our records and found an investigation about missing transactions from Barclays. If you haven't contacted our Support Team yet, I suggest you do so. They'll be able to include your info in this case and you'll receive updates once resolved.
Follow these steps:
In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload the transactions into QuickBooks Online. This is another way of bringing in the transactions.
Once done, you can now categorize and match them. This is to ensure that the approved entries are in the correct accounts.
