While waiting for the details, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps. This process usually fixes unexpected behavior in the product.
Please start by signing into your account using an incognito browser. Any websites you visit during these sessions will be discarded without a trace.
Here’s how:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If you’re able to update it, clear the cache of the regular browser. Sometimes these old files can cause some connection issues when using QuickBooks.
