In the meantime, it is best to contact our support team to ensure your company is added to the list of affected users and monitor its progress.

- At the right upper screen of your QBO account, click Help (?).
- To get started, select one of the tabs:
- Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers by selecting a suggestion or typing a question. Talk to a human for further help.
- Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
