Oh Yes!!! and quickbooks dont seem to want to deal with it. We have emailed and tried calling, they send an email to say it has been resolved but it hasnt. We are sick of calling them, we left our number for them to call us, ended up with a girl who could barely speak any english, stuck us on hold for ages without telling us why, then the line was that bad when she took us off of hold we had to hang up in the end....but guess what, she never called us back. Appalling customer service.

To get started, can you please verify the name of the bank accounts and credit cards which are not updating?
In the meantime, we can perform manual refresh into your bank account. Here’s what you’ll need to do:
Once done, kindly repeat the same steps for at least 3 times and another in the next 24 hours to allow the bank to regain its connection.
