Let me share some of the reasons why your bank’s connection is not working. Then, perform some basic troubleshooting steps to get it back up and running again.
Before we start, may I know the name of the Financial Institution? Did you encounter any error messages or codes? Any additional information shared ensures a timely solution.
Your online banking connection may stop working due to the following:
- The Financial Institution is performing system maintenance.
- There are notifications from their website that need your attention.
To fix the issue, log into your bank's website and check let’s conduct the following steps.
- Review your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts.
- Check your Financial Institution’s website for any announcements.
Next, go back to your QBSE account and refresh the online banking connection. I’ll help and show you the process.
- Tap the Gear icon at the top to choose Bank accounts under Transactions.
- Hit the Refresh all button to update the account.
