Yes, it's possible to hide the small square account or the account cards on the bank transaction page. I'll gladly guide you in achieving this.

 

On the Bank transactions page, tap the Account Card dropdown. Then, click the Hide account cards. Check out the screenshot below:

Thank you very much! However, what I wanted to know is that instead of erasing everything, is there a way to make one or two parts invisible?

The only way to hide the account cards or the small square account on the bank transaction page is to hide all of them. It's not possible to hide just one or two account cards.

 

I can see the benefit of this option for you and other customers. For now, it would be most effective to communicate your feedback directly to our Product Developers. They're genuinely interested in hearing your input and highly encourage you to share your suggestions.

 

To send your input, here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon located at the top-right corner of your screen.
  3.  Under the Profile section, select Feedback.
  4. Type in your suggestions and then click on Next.
