Hi there, @doug-evw.
Yes, you can! Make sure that the file you are importing only consists of withdrawal transactions.
Here's how to import file to QuickBooks Online (QBO):
- Prepare your .CSV file.
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Select the Banking menu, then hit File Upload.
- Click Browse and choose the .CSV file.
- Select Open, then click Next.
- Choose the account from the QuickBooks Account drop-down, then Next.
- Select a Date and a date format.
- Choose the Description and Amount statement fields.
- When you are ready, click Next (all transactions in your .CSV file will show. Clear the checkbox next to the date, if you'd like to exclude transactions.).
- Click Next then, select Yes to import now and click Let's go!
