Is it possible to set a default on the expense transactions filter? It always shows me all statuses and I have to take steps to change the filter to "status: open."

Why would I want to go to expenses and see every expense ever, whether it's been paid or not? I want to see unpaid bills. I know I can select "status: open" on the filter, but why isn't that the default? I think it used to be.

I can see how beneficial and time saving this could be for you. At this time, there isn't a default for filters within QuickBooks Online.

However, I recommend submitting feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this in the future. You our Blog site to keep up with what's new in the system.
