Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
I'm also experiencing the same issue, America First Credit Union is my primary business account and I can't use Quickbooks unless Im able to get these two to work. Any updates from Quickbooks?
Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.

I understand the need to get your bank connected to your QuickBooks account. Upon checking our records, there's an ongoing investigation for America First Credit Union being unable to connect.
At this point, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so your account will be added to the list of affected users. You can provide this investigation case number INV-81287 for easy tracking.

I would like to request Quickbooks to look into this please. I was just told by America First that there is no current issues and that everything should in fact work, I'm providing the conversation I had with them.

I am also having a connection problem between QBO and my America first Credit Union accounts Jan 19 2023. Based on the last successful update in QBO, this problem has been going on for four days. I have tried manual updates which did not work. Then I tried to do a re-connect of the accounts, so I used the "disconnect account on save" button in the "Edit Account" dialog box, and the accounts did disconnect. But now when I try to reconnect, QBO has the message: "America First Credit Union is under maintenance Try again later."
This same issue happened to me a few months back if I remember correctly.
