Is there a free way to keep track of personal checking account and add recepts like I do for my LLC? Or do I have to pay more and create a 2nd quickbooks account?

Hi @orthocoverageusa,

I'll take care of this query about adding your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You have the option to add your personal checking account to your QBO company. This way, you can forward receipts to your checking account, and this option is free. There isn't a need to subscribe to a second company if you want to add your personal account to QBO.

Please be advised, Intuit doesn't suggest mixing business and personal accounts on a single QBO company. If you wish to proceed, you can refer to this article: Mixing business and personal funds. It shares insights on this situation, as well as related articles you can refer to.

Tap the Reply button if you have other questions about this process. I'll be around and take care of them.
