Can you clarify what items you're referring? As for your contractors, make sure you select All or Active on the Contractors page. If some of them are still missing, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps to identify any browser-related issues.
You may have accumulated too much historical data stored in your browser. It can usually result in issues like missing items or info. First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
Log in to your account and check your Contractors list. If you can see all of them, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with it.
