Is there a way to fix a RULES that you have already put in register but the account is not the correct one, dont want to have to change each one singular.

I'm glad you bring this concern to the Community, tamey29.

 

First, let's Undo the transactions from the Categorized tab. This will transfer the transactions to the For Review tab so you can exclude it from there.

 

Here's how to undo:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu and choose the Categorized tab.
  2. Select the transactions you want to Undo.

Here's how to exclude:

 

  1. Go the Banking menu and choose the For Review tab.
  2. Select the transactions you want to exclude.
  3. Click the Batch Actions drop-down arrow and select Exclude Selected.

This will move the transactions to the Excluded tab from the For Review tab.

Then, you can delete and recreate the possible damaged bank rules by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu. Then select the Rules tab.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Fill in the necessary information.
  4. Click Save.
