Is there a way to import vendor bills from desktop version into an existing online company account

We cannot import bills from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, but you can find a third-party app that offers this service. Just click Apps on the left-hand side and search for something like "transaction importer" or "import transactions."
