One of the possible reasons why some of your MileIQ trips aren't imported is that the format was incorrect. You'll want to make sure that the 44 trips don't have special symbols, and you must leave the notes column blank. Here's a sample screenshot of the format.

Here's a screenshot so you can see what I mean. It says import successful but it didn't upload like eighty-some trips.
