It says import was successful when I import my mileiq trips to quickbooks but it also says 44 trips could not be imported. I kept it in CSV format. what is going on? I have never had this issue.

Let me ease your confusion about importing MileIQ trips in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) and help you from there.

 

One of the possible reasons why some of your MileIQ trips aren't imported is that the format was incorrect. You'll want to make sure that the 44 trips don't have special symbols, and you must leave the notes column blank. Here's a sample screenshot of the format.

 

However, if there's no issue with the format, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can further check on this matter and provide some troubleshooting steps to get your 44 trips imported in QBSE. To reach them, follow the detailed steps below:

 

  1. In your QBSE account, click Assistant at the top right. 
  2. Choose I need help. 
  3. Select Not helpful, then click Talk to a human
  4. Choose to Get a callback or Message an agent (Live chat).

Here's a screenshot so you can see what I mean. It says import successful but it didn't upload like eighty-some trips.
