Ive used instant deposit before in the past and never had problems but i just received a payment from a client and it wont let me use the instant feature. Any ideas why?

Ive used instant deposit before in the past and never had problems but i just received a payment from a client and it wont let me use the instant feature. Any ideas why?

I'm here to ensure you're able to use the Instant Deposit feature, tmitflooring.

 

Not all payments will be eligible for instant deposit. If you're signed up for Instant Deposit, you will see that option if the payment is eligible.

 

Please note that customer payments received between 2 and 3 PM PT can't be scheduled for instant deposits. We deposit them at the normal speed. If you need an instant deposit for them, you'll have to manually request it before 3 PM PT.

 

To learn more about instant deposits, please see our Deposit customer payments article.

 

If the request was made before 3 PM PT, let's make sure the card you're using isn't expired. This could be the reason you're unable to use the feature.
