Just noticed that QB has entered information into the wrong bank accounts

Not to worry, baustin1234. I can help share the steps on how to move the transactions to the correct account.

 

If these are multiple transactions, you can Exclude them from the wrong account, then import a CSV file to the correct bank account. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking page and select Banking.
  2. Put a checkmark on the boxes for the transactions you want to exclude.
  3. Click on Exclude.

Doing the steps will move your transaction to the Excluded tab. For additional details, click here.

 

Right after, import a CSV file to the correct account. However, if it's a few transactions your bank isn't connected to online banking, then you can use the Chart of Accounts and modify the bank account from there. Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate the Accounting tab and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click View register.
  3. Select the correct bank account from the Bank register drop-down menu.

The steps are sure to help you get those transactions moved to the appropriate account.

Is this my account that y'all put money in the wrong one why don't y'all fix it so I can receive my payroll I need to start receiving my money weekly

By the way what account are you putting it in anyway maybe I can help you out put it in the right account if you let me know what the hell you're doing

I can't fix this crap I can't fix this stuff I don't have enough experience to fix things like this so QuickBooks y'all need to do something fast so I can start receiving my payroll what account are you you need to do this immediately so we can get on the same page here we're way off thank you very much
