To begin with, could you please specify the bank errors you have encountered while trying to link your bank account? Your bank's URL will be automatically updated in QuickBooks as long as it is supported for online banking connections. To ensure we're linking the correct account, as an initial step, I suggest going to your bank's website. Once signed in, copy the bank URL and use it for searching and linking the correct account in QuickBooks. Here's how:
However, if you have tried all the options matching your bank's name and still can't connect, or if your bank doesn't appear, check this article for more details and to learn how to request support for your bank: Find your bank or credit card account.
Once connected, QuickBooks will automatically download your most recent transactions, and you can begin categorizing the uploaded transactions in QBO: Categorize online bank transactions.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
Good morning, thank you for your message.

We have multiple accounts with other currencies but from now on we will only use USD
Thanks for getting back here in the thread, invoicing. Let me share some details on the error message you've encountered when connecting your bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You'll encounter the error message if the system detects your financial institution as a non-US bank. To resolve this, we can turn on the Multicurrency feature to connect one of your accounts even if you're only interested in using USD currency.
If you're using QBO Essentials, Plus, and Advanced version, follow these steps to turn on the feature:
Once done, we can add accounts that use a foreign currency. If you have the QBO Simple Start version, we can manually upload transactions into the program or upgrade your subscription.
