Linking the bank account is not possible. Can you help me?

Your bank's URL will be automatically updated in QuickBooks as long as it is supported for online banking connections. To ensure we're linking the correct account, as an initial step, I suggest going to your bank's website. Once signed in, copy the bank URL and use it for searching and linking the correct account in QuickBooks. Here's how: 

1. From the left menu, click Transactions and choose Banking.
2. On the Banking page, select the Link account.
3. In the Search field, enter the bank's URL.
4. Select your bank. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
5. Enter your bank login on your bank's website, then select Continue.

As soon as I type the name of the bank wise.com I get an error message ¨If you need to connect to banks with different currencies, upgrade to QuickBooks Online Essentials or Plus.¨

We have multiple accounts with other currencies but from now on we will only use USD

You'll encounter the error message if the system detects your financial institution as a non-US bank. To resolve this, we can turn on the Multicurrency feature to connect one of your accounts even if you're only interested in using USD currency.

If you're using QBO Essentials, Plus, and Advanced version, follow these steps to turn on the feature:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Account and Settings.
2. Select Advanced.
3. Tap on Edit ✎ in the Currency section and choose your Home Currency.
4. Select the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
5. Hit Save, then Done.

Once done, we can add accounts that use a foreign currency. If you have the QBO Simple Start version, we can manually upload transactions into the program or upgrade your subscription.

Unfortunately, I still cannot link the bank and enable online payments because we do not have an SSN number.
How can I do it differently?
