Manually entered expenses from credit card account.

When We moved from Desktop Pro To Online QB did not transfer all information as needed. I am trying to reconcile my credit card account from months ago and there were some items missing so I manually entered them as expenses. They are showing on the register but when I go reconcile that account on that month it does not show the items I entered. Those are THE items I need to finish my reconciliation. Please help me!

Manually entered expenses from credit card account.

Let's see why your entered transactions do not appear, so you can reconcile today, lacyteam.

Please check those transactions in the credit card register again, and see their reconciliation statuses. If they have an R (Reconciled) mark, they'll not show up when you reconcile. You can click that mark to change it to C (cleared) or blank (if not cleared). Then, save your changes and reconcile again.

If it's still the same, you can remove the filter on the Reconcile page to show all unreconciled transactions.

Please let us know if there's anything else you need.

They don't have a R and still after clearing the filter is not there. You can see them on the register but not on the reconcile page. I can't keep going until I can solve this problem.

Hi there, lacyteam.

I appreciate all of your effort in trying to resolve this yourself. Since you're still unable to, I'd like to direct you to the support where you can get further assistance.

I'd love to take a closer look at your expenses to determine why you're still unable to see them on the reconciliation page so that I can come up with a solution. However, the resources necessary to accomplish this are under our Customer Care Team, so I highly recommend reaching out to them:

Contact QuickBooks Support

  1. Click the link to head to the Official Intuit Contact page.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Choose Running your business in QuickBooks, then Banking.
  4. Click Get Phone Number at the bottom.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be here if you need more help with your expenses.
