Missing transactions from 04/07/2023-12/31/2023. Files were downloaded from bank as csv but are not showing up under transactions.

After downloading the csv files from bank, and uploading them into QB the transactions are still not appearing under the transactions tab.

Hello there, Carter.

I can see that you're trying to upload your bank transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed, but nothing appears. To fix this, you'll need to troubleshoot your browser to ensure it runs smoothly with QuickBooks.

Sometimes, our browser fills too much cache, which could cause malfunctions to some features or slow down a website. Let's start with accessing QuickBooks Online using incognito mode or a private window.

Here are the shortcut keys to go private mode in a browser:

For Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Opera:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + N

For Firefox:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + P

For Safari:

  • Shift + Command ⌘ + N

If this works, you can proceed to clear your browser's cache and cookies to clear temporary files running in your browser that have caused the malfunctions. Otherwise, you can also use other supported browsers to ensure it runs QBO efficiently.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed support, as they have the proper tools to investigate this further.

After uploading your bank transactions to QBSE, you can consider categorizing them into specific accounts.

Rest assured that we're always here to assist you with any concerns you're experiencing, and feel free to drop by again for additional matters.
