Missing transactions from 4 months last year. I unsubscribed from QBO during that time, so there are no transactions during that period. Can I get them back?

You can get them by importing them manually. You have two options to do that:

• WebConnect
• Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks

Once they're downloaded, you can already categorize and match them.
