We've got some troubleshooting steps to restore the missing mobile check deposit feature on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile application, Knoll.
When the app's storage data is almost at its limit, it causes odd behavior where the features, data, and some icons disappear. To show the mobile check deposit option, we can delete the cache from your application to use it again with a clean slate and all of its capabilities at your convenience. Here's how:
- Click the menu at the top right corner of your device.
- Next, choose Help & Feedback.
- Select Refresh Data.
- Press Refresh.
Once done, close and reopen the mobile app and use the mobile check deposit to deposit funds into QuickBooks Checking using your QBO mobile app. Let me guide you on how:

- Click Cash Flow.
- Select Send Money from the QuickBooks Checking home page.
