My account is a test/fake account to test my company's software integration with QB. Is there a way to establish a test account like this for free or for a small fee?

Glad to see you in the Community, @kim103.

I've got some information that can help you decide when it comes to software integration. Below are some options you might want to try to accomplish your goal.

You can use a test drive whenever you need to test a software integration. This is the easiest way to experiment with some features and options in QuickBooks Online. You can click on this link for more information: Test drive QuickBooks Online.

Unlike the 30 days trial account, the test drive can be used anytime you need it. This is unlimited but refreshes every time you access it.

You can also opt for the Simple Start plan. This is less expensive and an ideal plan for solo entrepreneurs that includes up to three users. Please refer to this link if you want to try it free: QuickBooks Online Simple Start.

Let me know if you have follow-up questions. I'm always ready to help. Thanks for dropping by and enjoy the rest of your week.

Hello. I like the idea of the QB test account, but I need to test integration with another software.  To do that, I need a login for the test account.

Hello @kim1031,

A test account is a sample company used by users who are wishing to use the software, creating a login credential is unavailable. With this, you'll want to work with a trial account so you can integrate the other software. You can do so by checking our Plans and Pricing page, then select a plan you wanted to start a free trial account.

Lastly, here's a few articles you can read for ideas about how you can manage your account: Help Articles for QuickBooks Online.

I there's anything else that I can help you with, let me know in the comments. I'll be happy to help.
