Can you share if you encountered error messages with your Credit Union account? This way, I can provide the exact resolution about it.
If the Credit Union account is suddenly gone from the account list, perform the basic troubleshooting steps. Sometimes your browser stores old data that causes unexpected behavior in QuickBooks. Opening your company using the incognito mode allows you to browse without storing internet history and cookies. Follow these steps to bring up a private browser.
If the account is now showing, clearing the cache will help the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage and faster browsing experience. However, if the same thing happens, you can reconnect your account. For the complete steps and instructions, you can check this article: Reconnect your bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
On the other hand, if the account is unable to bring the latest transactions into QuickBooks, you can update the connection between your bank account and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
