Can you share with me the name of the bank you're having issues with? This way, I can check here on my end and see if there any related issues. Any additional information is much appreciated.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I'd be glad to walk you through the steps.

I'd also recommend contacting your bank support team and verify if there are any issues on their end.

Hey there,
Bank is Seattle Credit Union... there are no errors being listed and when I try to update, the bank balance updates correctly...just no transactions are brought in. I definitely do not want to do a manual transaction add.

Your response is much appreciated. For now, there is no problem recorded on our system for this Bank. I'd recommend you to follow the steps provided by one of my peers, JasroV.
