The information we received is dependent upon what your bank sends over to us. I suggest contacting your financial institution to properly map the transactions.
To fix this, exclude the downloaded transactions. Let me walk you through the steps.
Here’s how:
- Select each transaction by putting a checkmark in each checkbox.
- Click the Batch Actions button.
- Choose Exclude Selected.
