My bank accounts did not get pulled in for half of 2023. How do I get those into my Quickbooks

HI, himenoco. I have the information you need to enter the missing bank transactions into QuickBooks Online.

If the transactions are over 90 days old, you can obtain the missing transactions by logging in to your bank's website. Then, follow your bank's instructions to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer. Ensure to verify the date range before downloading.

Once you have the file, you can follow the steps outlined in this article (Step 4: Manually upload the transactions): Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. This will provide you with detailed steps on how to import transactions from accounts that are and aren't linked to online banking.

To guarantee all entries are accounted for correctly and with no duplicates, you can categorize and match them. Then, reconcile them to ensure your books are accurate.

I am available if you still have questions about banking or bank transactions. Just drop them in the comment section below, and I'll be happy to answer them for you.

@himenoco-outlook

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools with a one time license (e.g csv2qbo @ $60) as a workaround.

You can try downloading the bank statements as PDF. Afterwards convert the PDF documents to 3 column format CSV using SupaClerk.com. You can import the CSV file into Quickbooks.

Let me know if you hit any issues. I can fix them since I created SupaClerk.com.
