Let's work together to fix your bank connection, kurt@redundant.m.
Certain errors would stop your financial data from syncing. If you encounter any issues, please follow the troubleshooting procedure outlined in the Step 4 section of this article to resolve them: What to do if you get a bank error.

Hi there, kurt@redundant.m.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I would love to help you, but I just need more specific information so I can address your concerns properly.
Can you tell me more about the error message that you encountered? And what bank did you try to connect to?
Any additional information would help me check for solutions to address your concerns better. Please don't hesitate to provide any further details or a screenshot as a visual guide to explain your scenario more clearly.
Hi there, Kurt! Thanks for providing a screenshot, as my colleague advised. It helps us identify your issue with the Navy Credit Union connection.
Since it keeps disconnecting and asking for verification, this is different from the usual function of the system. At this time, I recommend logging in to your bank website and checking if there's an ongoing issue related to your concern. This way, you can determine if there are any technical issues or security measures in place that could be causing the frequent disconnections and verification prompts.
If there's no issue from your bank, please get in touch with us so we can investigate why it's happening on your end. Here's how:

Let me know if you need further assistance. I'm here willing to help you further identify the underlying reasons for this behavior and take appropriate actions accordingly. Stay safe and be well!
Thanks. My only option there is to call tomorrow.

Any luck with this? I’m having the same issue where I keep getting disconnected everytime I log in or refresh. I got that email that says no business name too.
Hey I was wondering if you were able to find a solution to the continuous disconnecting of your bank account? I keep getting that and the email regarding no business name.

No. It has not been resolved. The solutions posted above this also dont work. If you are a navy fed member do not use Quickbooks.
No it has not been resolved and the "solutions" posted above do not work. If you are a NFCU business member, do not use Quickbooks. They do not seem to take this issue very seriously but will certainly keep taking your money.
