To begin with, the most common reason for missing transactions is a connectivity issue between your bank and QuickBooks. When the connection is disrupted, data synchronization may fail, resulting in missing entries.
To retrieve your missing transactions for 3 months, you'll have to download these to your bank's website. Follow your bank's instructions on how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer.
Once you have the file, you can now import the transactions into QBO.
