If you don’t see your recently downloaded bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can perform a manual update. This will update all of your bank and credit card accounts on the Banking page.
Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu and select Banking.
- Select Update.
If downloads seem slow or stuck, the issue may be on the bank’s end. Sign in to your bank’s website and check your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts. Just follow step number 2 in this article: How to check your bank's website for messages.
In addition, you can manually import bank transactions to QBO using Excel CSV (comma-separated values) files.
Once your transactions are in QuickBooks, it’s time to match and categorize them.
