My mobile app on Android phone does not sync vendors and customers with QB online on my pc. How can I get them to sync?

Home Depot is a vendor I use regularly. It is available when I use the online version but not in the mobile app.  It is not on the mobile app vendor list but when I try to add it as a vendor I get the message back that it is already there, yet it is not on the list to choose from.  Help?
