In addition to @Fiat Lux – ASIA suggestion, let’s perform a manual update to reestablish your banking connection. The process will let you fetch the latest bank entries.
Before we proceed, can you tell me the name of your Financial Institution? Did you encounter any errors? Any information you can provide will help me find the cause and its solution.
In the meantime, let’s go to the Bank accounts page to restore your connection. It will only take a few clicks to get there.
Here’s how:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right and select Bank accounts under Transactions.
- In the Connect another account screen, press the Refresh all button.
