You can check the Date filter to see if this may be caused by damaged data. If it's correct yet, yet still unable to show entire can try running the Verify and Rebuild Data Utility Tool to resolve any data issues on the company file. Always create a backup to avoid any accidental data loss before performing the following steps.
- Go to the File menu.
- Select Utilities, then Rebuild Data.
- Click OK on the QuickBooks Information window.
- Follow the prompt to save a backup.
- Hit OK when you see Rebuild has completed.
