My upload file ends with .qbo Why does quickbooks online respond with "The uploaded file isn't a valid Web Connect file"?
I can share a couple of steps and info to ensure you can upload the Webconnect file in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @user12839.
The following are the possible reason why you're having the said error message:
Incorrect file format.
The .QBO file from your bank isn't compatible with the ones in QuickBooks.
Browser-related issue to due piled up cache/cookies.
To help fix this, please ensure or check the file format to prevent unexpected error. Then, you can download it again from your bank's website, and re-upload it to QBO.
