Hello..
I have been using qb and this is the second time this happens. .. I did the receive payment procedure for my paper checks and immediately I went to the make deposit where a window would normally pop up for me to select what received payments I previously captured I want to deposit.. but this time to pop up window.. so I can't make no deposit preventing me from doing my work.. any solutions pls?

Thank you.. I will try the update in a little bit.but.. my qb software is probably from 2020.. I surely hope I don't need to buy a new version.. just an update.. I'll come Back to let you know my findings.. thanks
Hello.. I updated the software and the rebuild/verify twice and nothing.. still no pop up window.. is there another way to record the checks?

Then, try recording a bank deposit to see if the Payments to Deposit window pops up. If it works, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team support. They can perform further troubleshooting to fix this company file issue. Otherwise, you'll want to reinstall QuickBooks for Mac to start the program with a clean slate.
Meanwhile, you may consider receiving payments and putting them right into your bank. This way, you won't have to create a separate transaction for deposits.

Hello.. those 2 deposits were actually in my check register but dated 2021.. I don't know why it was in 2021 since I received payment and made deposit in 2022 , invoices were from 2021 though.. the qb staff that helped me made me realize that.. now I can move forward.. thanks
